"This book is a definite must have. From the very first page, it slowed me down and really opened my eyes to how I was spending my time. There is no jargon, it is an easy read and the author is friendly and easy to relate to. Each page has a daily prompt /activity to work on, a habit and mood tracker and a daily gratitude prompt. The layout of each page is simple, structured and long enough to provoke thought and to connect to yourself but not too long that you can't find time to complete an entry every day. Since starting this book, I have created better habits and found a good balance in life and peace. ”
